Wow. The last time I had so much Indian food was when I went to the Diwali Indian Festival on Main Street a few years ago.
I brought some chicken and beef samosas to the pot latch. Gordon brought home made butter chicken which was delicious! Others had brought butter chicken and an assortment of other traditional Indian & Pakistan food to the table. Jay, our token Pakistan, taught us a few words, but I have no recollection of what was said anymore. Strolling in a little while later was someone from India, and she brought a long a whole whack of stuff for us to consume. There was a bit of friendly rivalry between Jay and this woman from India, but it was all in good fun.
